1- Even better than I expected!

After giving much of my elderly cookware to my children in college (wanted an excuse to buy new stuff!), I started looking for grown-up pots & pans. Yeah, I watch Food Porn - I mean Food Network - & I fancy myself an accomplished cook. I am! ask my children! So I read the reviews & did the research. Figured I'd be a fool if I didn't order this set. Wow! Mama is getting clever in her elderly age! The only, only issue I can foresee with these pots & pans is when I get older - they are going to be mighty hard to lift. These bad boys are HEAVY! But since I am a nifty fifty - so far, so lovely. OK. The best part about the pan, which I was nervous about, is that I stir-fried rice & broccoli in it... & nothing stuck. That is a wow in my book! I am so proud of myself for having lovely cookware after 26 years of marriage, & thanks to hubby for telling me to go ahead & buy it already. I looked at the Cuisinart pots & pans in Marshall's. The cost is right, but it is nowhere near the professional quality of this set. Cease debating with yourself, & add this set to your kitchen. Trust me. I am a nurse!

2- Very satisfied.

We decided to make the switch from non-stick to stainless steel after reading reports that the former can produce toxins at higher temps. In the event you follow the cooking and washing instructions, these are only more of a hassle to make use of than non-stick products. This Cuisinart set comes with every pot and pan you need for a basic set up, although I ordered an additional 12-inch frying pan . The material heats quickly and evenly, and the handles stay moderately cold. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase.

3- Awesome Cookware

If you have seldom cooked on stainless or have tiny experience, I recommend reading up on how to cook using stainless. The methodology is different than non-stick. google how to cook stainless & how to neat stainless & you will be golden.

I bought these Stainless Cookware Sets to replace a Calphalon non-stick pan that was beginning to peel. I desired to receive a top quality set that would last a long time. After reading reviews on Amazon & the net, I decided to go for this set because of the quality & cost. I was not disappointed. This set is brilliant. I would like to compare it to All-Clad Copper Core but without an additional grand to spend, I guess it will must wait.

Get some Bar Keeper's Mate & a green scrubby sponge to make cleanup a simple breeze.

The pans are hefty, but not a lot that someone in our relatives has difficulty using. The variations of sizes is nice & I think I will buy a 12" skillet to complete the set. The lids are not as heavy as I'd like & when you boil anything covered expect liquid to seep out of the lid & down your pan. Who knows, possibly I am doing something wrong.

I love this Stainless Cookware Sets!!! I read TONS of reviews of different Stainless Cookware Sets, both here & elsewhere. thing I kept finding was odd. Most sets come with a skillet or pan (usually a skillet) MISSING A LID. Why? I think to force the unsuspecting consumer to buy. This set has lids that fit every piece. YEAH! This may sound trivial, but in case you are cooking something & require to keep it hot, or make positive that ingredients stay damp, or you are sauteing, then a lid is a MUST. Secondly, these pans are WELL balanced, simple to neat & simple to store. I am elated that I can finally use cooking spray, because it won't destroy the pans (unlike Teflon) & thus, I do not require to add olive oil, & add more fat to my recipe. This is amazing, because I am doing the zone diet, & require to count my fats. This makes cooking much healthier. Another and, the stay chilled handles actually STAY COOL (note, plenty of of the cookware sets I saw did not have stay chilled handles, thus requiring mitts, & also making them hazardous for small ones wandering in the kitchen). & I am so happy that the handles are not molded but riveted in to the pans, making them much sturdier.( I saw plenty of sets that were molded & the handles were REALLY flimsy)Finally, this set is GORGEOUS!!! It makes you WANT TO COOK, , because they are lovely. I also require to note that I got this set for an amazing cost w/ free shipping which was great thinking about how heavy they are. I saw this same set on other sites for much more $$$ & shipping was not free. I HIGHLY recommend this set, you won't be disappointed!
